Andrews Water Heaters is very proud to announce that COMBIflo has been awarded Commercial Heating Product of the Year at this years' HVR Awards.
COMBIflo, available in two outputs, is a condensing stainless steel water heater with space heating capability, producing both hot water and heating from a single heat generator and storage vessel enclosed in one cabinet.
Now in its seventh year and firmly established as a leading event for the industry, The HVR Awards took place at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London on the 27th October 2016. Hosted by stand-up comedian and writer, Bob Mills, over 200 members of the industry gathered to celebrate outstanding technology, projects and customer service in a range of categories.
The evening consisted of speeches and presentations by industry leaders, including Malcolm Thomson, the president of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA), Mark Forsyth, UK training manager for SkillFRIDGE and HVR editor Heather Ramsden, who congratulated all of the finalists on their "commitment to developing new and exciting solutions which deliver significant advancements in performance, energy efficiency and life cycle costs.”
The COMBIflo stood out as an innovative product that gives a clever solution to commercial heating and hot water systems. It was designed as a compact, easy to install and efficient product and each of these three elements have been combined to give a winning solution.
The award, sponsored by Smith Brothers Stores Limited, was accepted on behalf of Andrews Water Heaters by Sales Director Chris Meir and Baxi Heating's Commercial Marketing Manager Joanne Haddon.
