Neville Small has joined Baxi Commercial Division as Business Development Manager for Andrews Water Heaters & Potterton Commercial. Neville has extensive and diverse experience in the H&V sector, having previously worked in sales and marketing for Eastern Electricity and as Contracts Manager for Quality Heating Services. It was as Account Manager for heating and plumbing merchant Wolseley UK that Neville first liased with Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial and became fully aware of the leading role played by Baxi Commercial Division in the heating industry.
As Business Development Manager, Neville will be overseeing 25 key end user accounts, and is responsible for introducing and promoting a wide range of products and LZC technologies. This will be achieved in a number of ways, including implementing schemes whereby LZC systems can be trialled and their energy-saving benefits proved to the end user before specification and ultimately installation.
Neville sees this as a challenging role that will bring him enormous job satisfaction. He commented, "I wanted to work for a company at the forefront of sustainability, who were determined to make a positive difference.
